Aroostook.com: Where the County Clicks

Mini sites

Pages of their own for County businesses, each at aroostook.com/sites/their-name/.

No mini sites are live yet. The first ones are on their way.

What is a mini site? Get one for your business

Your directory listing tells people who you are and where to find you. A mini site tells them what you do. It is one clear page, in the same bold look as the rest of Aroostook.com, with room for your story, your pictures and a way to reach you.

Who can have one

You need to claim your business listing first. A mini site belongs to a business that is already in the directory. Find your business in the directory, press Claim this business, and confirm your email. Once your claim is approved, you can ask for a mini site. If your business is not listed yet, add it first. Mini sites are for businesses and organizations in Aroostook County.

What is on a mini site

  • A banner with your name and a line about what you do.
  • Your story and your services, in your own words.
  • Pictures: up to four in a gallery, plus a picture beside your text or across the page.
  • Your address, phone number, website and hours, kept in step with your directory listing.
  • A contact form, so people can send you a message without your email address being published.
  • Page titles and descriptions set up properly, so search engines can read the page.

How it works

  1. Claim your listing, then tell us you are interested, using the form below.
  2. We start your mini site and you add your words and pictures. We can help, or do it with you.
  3. Everything is reviewed before it goes live. When you change it later, the changes are reviewed too.

You sign in to edit, and only you (and we) can change your page.
